My name is Kyle Nelson. I’m an educator and connector with field experience in transcending weather, emergency management, digital media and telecommunications.

I’m based in Aspen, Colorado, where you’ll find me on a mountain, climbing a tower or jetting off in the window seat of an airplane.

On the ground, you’ll find me improving public safety communications, ski patrolling, facilitating & educating, adventuring and/or consulting depending on the day.

With degrees in Meteorology and Atmospheric Science, I moved west to Colorado to live, work and play in the mountains. From the beginning, I did not want to be defined by my degree. Instead , I sought to follow my passions and let my wonder direct my thinking.

This mindset has led to incredible friendships, discoveries, enlightenment & growth along a purposefully meandering path.
